My camera is back! It only took 20 days for Best Buy to repair it. On the invoice the scan in time at the shop was only 26 hours before the ups return invoice was processed. That means it took 18 days to go from Oregon to Virginia and back. How efficient of them.

My camera is dead and Best Buy is the devil. I spent almost $100 on an extended warranty from which Best Buy would simply replace or upgrade if the camera were to become unsatisfactory. When the camera, due to a default in the lens, would not show depth of field in pictures they told me that I had to wait 2-4 weeks for it to be sent to a repair facility. So it is now gone. I will try to locate another camera in the mean time. Enjoy some of my own personal favorites in the meantime.
